Part III, Line 4d Network 2020 Program: Placing mobile networks at the heart of the all-IP broadband era, enabling secure, smart, interoperable and seamless IP-based communications services. Part VI, Line 6 GSMA HAS operator MEMBER, ASSOCIATE MEMBER AND RAPPORT MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES. Only Operator Members have voting rights.
