After the forms are completed, any reported items are summarized and sent to every member of the Audit Committee for review. The members of the Audit Committee determine if any conflicts exist. Any questions or further research required is done by the Secretary of the Board. Legal counsel reviews the summary sent to the Audit Committe and then confers with the Audit Committee chair.
