When needed petfood and animal housing ' enclosures are provided. as public awaremness increases,so the requests for our service. The " participation of 5 local veterinarians who perform the surgeries at a reduced fee, is the care of this programs ' success. this program enables us to address extreme pet neglect before it becomes " or ends in death.
