Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a The full Board of Directors of CEF is its entire membership. Each member has one representative on the board. CEF also has a 16 member elected Executive Committee. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b The approval of the annual budget, which includes the setting of dues rates, and the elections of the three CEF officers (president, vice-president, and treasurer) and eight members of the Executive Committee. In addition, any changes to the by-laws require full approval by the full membership.
