Disclosures of financial interests or other reportable circumstances as described in the LICY are submitted and reviewed by SJU's General Counsel. A summary of all reported disclosures is then prepared by the Office of the General Counsel and sent to the chairperson of the Audit Committee, the chairperson of the Board and copied to the President; copies of summaries and actual disclsoures are available to the full Board upon request throughout the year.
