Another Clinical Affairs project is the management of the Kekumuola Fund, which supports organizations and individuals who seek to promote the use of doulas, provide childbirth and breastfeeding support, and generally improve the perinatal experience. One of the principal responsibilities of the Hawaii Primary Care Association is ongoing administration of technical assistance, training, and workforce development programs to support the Community Health Centers.
