The Chief Executive Officer and the Director of Human Resources review the Chamber's salary survey and sets the base range of pay in the HRF salary plan from appropriate jobs covered in the Chamber survey. The benchmark jobs in the HRF salary plan are the Vice Presidents positions, since these jobs are most closely mirrored in the Chamber survey. All other pay levels are based on the benchmark jobs in accordance with past practice and policy, including the salary schedule for the Chief Executive Officer.
