The remaining applicants are required to submit three letters from non-reletavho can verify their martial status. If the Bartko Foundation approves an application, we only issue checks to vendors we beleive are legimate. We also required the applicant or her sponsoring agency to submit a copy of thier purchase within 10 businees days of the sale. She is also the sister in law to Mr. Perkins the Executive Director and Henk Bossers as well as the aunt to Nathan and Jason Bossers. It also reviews and comments on its policies at regularly schedule board meeting as an agenda item. The year this was completed was in 2006. The Board of Directors for the Bartko Foundation reviewed and use this report to determine the salary for the Executive Director. The organization is a 100% volunteer community for western Pennsylvania school. We are a non-profit agency with one employee that financially supports single minority mothers reach and maintain self-sufficiency. The late filing was cause in part due to a lack of understanding on our part. We thought we could complete 990-EZ then we discoved we were required the complete the more diffcult 990 form. The organization operated in good faith, and we believe the facts and circumstances outlined above support an abatement of the penalty especially given that steps have been taken to ensure that all future filings will be timely.
