In 2010, the Strategic Campaigns Fund consisted of the Political/Legislative, Communications, Internet Communications, and Contract Campaigns Departments. The Political/Legislative Department concentrated on efforts to pass immigration reform nationally, enforcing state workplace safety regulations, and in California reform of the Agricultural Labor Relations Act, which would have amended the election process when workers organize (SB 1474), and educating UFW members about UFW endorsed candidates. The Contract Campaigns department supported union contract campaigns and union contract renegotiations. The Communications Department supported all media requests, and created the "Take Our Jobs" campaign featured on hundreds of media outlets.
