Part V, Line 1k; m-r: The Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce (Chamber) is related to the following organizations: 1) Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation (Foundation), a tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization 2) Group Purchasing, Inc. (GPI), a for profit corporation The Chamber provides marketing, communication, special events, finance and administrative services for the Foundation and GPI. All three entities are located in the same building. Therefore, there are shared employees, facilities, and equipment. GPI reimburses the Chamber $10,776 per month for contracted services. The Foundation reimburses the Chamber for the exact amount of payroll and benefits and also is assessed an administrative allocation of $9,276. Cash is transferred between the entities as needed to cover cash flow needs with the appropriated "due to" and "due from" recorded on the entities' books.
