F990_P06_S0A_L07a Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a CEA members vote annually for approximately 1/3 of the Board of Directors. Any redsignations or other Director replacement during the year is made by a vote of the BOD until the next annual meeting and then replaced for the remainder of the term by a vote of the voting membership.
