Compensation ranges for all job grades are established by Emory utilizing a number of best practices standards and are adhered to by the Center. The performance of every employee is reviewed by their supervisor and merit raises may be earned within guidelines published by the Center's human resources department annually. The CEO's performance is reviewed and compensation is set annually the the Chair of the Board of Trustees in coordination with the President of Emory University, who also serves as a Center Trustee.
