I currently function as bookeeper and treasurer, but have no formal training or vocation for either activity. In reading the IRS instructions I erroneously thought the "normal revenue < $50,000" criteria applied and so no 990 or 990EZ was required. In begining to prepare for the fiscal 2010 filing I recognized my error, and so, I am now submitting the correct forms for fiscal year 2009. As our organization is now reaching a significant mass, I will begin to use professional help to ensure that we provide the proper forms in a timely fashion in the future,
