The program is to help local churches train their communities in better health practices as well as small-business development but also as a means to promote the local church's efforts to build the church through evangelism. Approximately 20 local churches were represented with a combined church enrollment of 2500. The seminars were for church members who were to teach their community members what they learned in the seminars.
