Pt VI, Line 12c The Board of Trustees has a written Conflict of Interest policy and a copy is given to each Trustee once a year to be read, signed and collected by the Board Secretary and filed for record. Pt VI, Line 15a The national, state and regional independent school organizations, to which this school is a member, collect statistical data every Pt VI, Line 15b year including salary and benefit information of key employees. The results are used as comparability data in determining fair salaries: a. The Headmasters salary, auto allowance and expense account are determined by the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees, with discussion to come to a decision. All other benefits are the same as all other employees of the school. b. The salary for the Business Manager and other key employees is determined using the same comparability data, with annual increases determined as a percentage by the full Board of Trustees.
