Schedule E, Part I, Line 6 DCI receives public funds from the DC Government based on the number of students. They enroll and DCI is paid according to the uniform per student funding formula developed by the Mayor and City Council. This per pupil allocation is supplemented with extra funds for students with special needs and who are at risk. Form 990, Part XI, Line 8 As a result of an internal review of DCI's accounting for personnel expenses, management identified over- and under-stated balances related to prior period activity. The FY 2024 financial statements have been restated to reflect management's correction of these errors. The net effect of the restatement decreased the beginning net assets in FY 2025 by $1,574,658.
