Schedule J, Part I, Line 4 Idaho Central deposited funds into a life insurance policy on the participants' life, and subject to the policy generating values, the participant can borrow from the policy. At death, the organization recovers its premiums plus interest plus additional key person insurance proceeds. The organization adopted a split dollar insurance arrangement in 2025 covering the Chief Technology officer and the Chief Information Security Officer. ICCU merged a smaller credit union in 2025. Under a severance agreement, the CEO of the credit union merging into ICCU received a retention bonus to stay on until the merger completed, the remainder of the four years salary he had left, and funds to cover COBRA. The total of these was $780,529. A review is performed at least annually. In addition, auditors and examiners review accounts held by the aforementioned persons. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 Annually, the Board of Directors reviews salary surveys of similar sized institutions and sets the salary of the Chief Executive Officer according to that and how Idaho Central is performing. The Chief Executive Officer sets the salary of all other employees of the Credit Union. Each employee receives an annual salary review. Form 990, Part XI, Line 9 The change in Deposits is $2,227,613,404. The change in equity acquired through merger is $6,553,783. The change in Insurance Services equity is $378,602. The change in Other Comprehensive Equity is $1,457,194.
