Key areas of leadership and services include but are not limited to financial management, curriculum development, marketing, recruitment, and human resources. Additionally, HEF works with the Board of Directors to establish strong governance structures, ensures regulatory compliance, manages budget and financial reporting while enhancing educational quality through tailored curricula and professional development for staff. HEF also oversees facilities management and community relations to attract students and foster local support.
