All projects are initiated based on identified community need and are subject to internal approval processes, including defined scope, budget, and intended outcomes. Pt II, Line 1 Funds are disbursed in a controlled manner and used primarity for specific, pre-approved project expenses (e.g.,drilling services, materials, and program implementation). The organization does not make unresticted transfers of funds to third parties. Where local vendors or service providers are engaged, payments are tied to documented work performed. Part III Project implementation is monitored on an ongoing basis by in-country personnel, including site-visits during and after completion. Each project is documented through field reports, photographs, and completion summaries, which are reviewed by US based leadership. The Organization maintains records sufficient to demonstrate that funds are used in accordance with their intended charitable purpose, including project-level tracking of expenditures and outcomes. Any variances from approved plans are reviewed and addressed by mangagement. Part III Col (C) The International Direector for Hydrating Humanity lives in East Africa and personally oversees all the work in the field, including the budget and spending and completetion records for every project. Pt VII, Col (F) Rev Patrick Selvey received $16.000 via Ministers Housing Allowance for his ministerial duties as assigned by the board of Organizations home church Awake Church of Windston Salem who assigned these duties on behalf of people of East Africa as part of our Program Service abroad. Rev Selvey also teaches Gods perspective about the poor to Americans as part of our Program Services that benefit East African citizens. Rev Selvey also preaches in the pulpit of dozens of churches throughout Kenya as part of his assighned duties. Pt VI, Line 12c The Board of Directors regularly discuss the desire to be free from all impropriety including avoidance of personal benefit from the company.
