The indicators are specifically measurable and are the outcomes of strategic initiatives that take time to achieve. The weights for each indicator have been adopted by the compensation committee. The indicators for the plan that applies to fiscal year ending 6/30/24 are licensure, revenue, margin, fundraising, quality, and people. Weights that would have applied to quality have been redistributed to other indicators so that total payout potential integrity at threshold, target and maximum is preserved to extent possible at approximately 13%/22%/30% respectively. The Form 990 is also reviewed by an independent accounting firm. The 990 is distributed to all board members at a board meeting prior to filing the return. Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c Conflict of interest policy All conflict of interest statements are reviewed by the governance committee and reported to the whole board annually, or as directors are added and as potential conflicts arise. If a conflict is discovered, it is noted in the governance committee and fully disclosed to the board. The member with the conflict recuses himself/herself from voting and discussion. Any contract entered into by Damar Services, Inc. and an outside vendor that involves a perceived conflict of interest or a potential conflict of interest is reviewed by the governance committee of the board of directors.
