The credit union pays for officers', key employees', and highest compensated employees' spouses when accompanying on business trips. Schedule J, Part I, Line 4 David Spaulding, former President/CEO, received a payout of $390,838 from his 457(f). Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 The credit union has members. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a The members vote at the annual meeting for the Board of Directors whose term is expiring. There were no conflicts of interest in the 2025 calendar year. This is done during the budget season every year. The Chief of Human Resources Officer uses software to compute compensation based on the requirement mentioned above.
