| Amended Explanation | Form 990 is being amended to correct the reporting of governmental in-kind services provided by the City of Methuen to the organization. In-kind services totaling $363,661 were inadvertently reported as contribution revenue on Form 990, Part VIII, and included on Schedule M. The return has been amended to remove these amounts from Form 990, Part VIII, and Schedule M and report them on Schedule A (Form 990), Part II, line 3. This amendment results in a net zero change to the organization's public support calculation and no impact on the public support percentage. |
