DescNewYork-Presbyterian/Queens (NYP/Q), located in the Borough of Queens in New York City, is a 535-bed licensed, not-for-profit medical center. NYP/Q has received a determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service that it is exempt from federal income taxes as an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Hospital is a voluntary, not-for-profit acute care community teaching hospital located in the Flushing section of Queens, New York. Presently, the Hospital provides medical and surgical services and has a certified bed capacity of 535. It was incorporated in 1974 as Booth Memorial Medical Center and changed its name to The New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens in 1992 in conjunction with its affiliation with The Society of the New York Hospital (now, The NewYork and Presbyterian Hospital). On July 1, 2015 NYP Community Programs, Inc. became the active parent of NewYork-Presbyterian/Queens and its subsidiaries. NYP Community Programs, Inc. (Community Programs) is the sole corporate member and active parent of Queens. The NewYork and Presbyterian Hospital (NYPH) is the sole member of Community Programs. NYPH is a major academic medical center that provides a full range of inpatient and outpatient services, mainly to residents of the New York metropolitan area. The Board of Trustees of NYPH consists of persons who have first been elected as members of NewYork-Presbyterian Foundation, Inc. (Foundation, Inc.). Community Programs, NYPH and Foundation, Inc. are each New York State not-for-profit corporations. Foundation, Inc. is related to a number of organizations. Services and Programs: The Hospital offers diagnostic and therapeutic services on an inpatient and outpatient basis in approximately 64 medical specialties and sub-specialties. NYP/Q has advanced capabilities in areas such as cardiac, general, and minimally invasive surgery. It receives tertiary inpatient referrals in the following service lines: cardiovascular diseases, orthopedics, digestive diseases, Neuroscience, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Cancer and Kidney diseases. It operates a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and a Level I Trauma Center (both designed to handle the most severe cases). The Hospital Center provides the following programs as Centers of Excellence: The Neuroscience Institute, Cancer Center, Breast Center, Eye Center, Pediatric Asthma Center, and Obesity Surgery. NYP/Q has been designated by the New York State Department of Health ("DOH") as an AIDS Designated Center. The Ambulatory Care division provides adult and pediatric primary/preventive care at 13 sites throughout Queens County. Cardiac Services: The Hospital offers a variety of cardiac services including diagnostic and interventional cardiology, cardiac surgery, congestive heart failure and rehabilitation centers and cardiac research, education and prevention programs. The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at NYP/Q is one of only two interventional cardiology programs in Queens County, New York. Now, physicians in the Electrophysiology Laboratory can implant new MRI-safe pacemakers for our patients and do atrial fibrillation ablation procedures. NYP/Q, in collaboration with The NewYork and Presbyterian Hospital and Weill Cornell Medicine, operates a cardiac surgery program at the NYP/Q campus. The Cardiac Health Center directs the Hospitals' education and prevention programs. Lectures and special events are regularly presented to the general public at the site and at community centers and health fairs throughout Queens County. The Cardiac Health Center provides primary and secondary cardiac rehabilitation programs, including nutrition services, monitored fitness exercise, and psycho-social counseling. Inpatient and outpatient surgical services: These operations ranged from minimally invasive surgical procedures such as laparoscopic cholecystectomy, robotic procedures and arthroscopic orthopedics to major open procedures such as aortic aneurysm repair and ablative and reconstructive surgery. NYP/Q's Department of Surgery has encouraged use of inpatient and outpatient minimally invasive surgery, which reduces hospital stays and recovery times. Primary care and community outreach: NYP/Q places particular emphasis on community health programs and outreach initiatives. The Hospital team reaches out to Queens's residents to support health education and awareness - offering free health fairs, health lectures, screening, support groups for patients and blood drives for employees. There is a community health advisory committee that is kept abreast of the latest offerings and clinical programs in the hospital. This commitment is expressed in its continued strategic expansion of community-based sites to enhance access throughout the Hospital's service area and includes: The Trude Weishaupt Memorial Satellite Dialysis Center is a CMS Five Star facility (the "Dialysis Center") The Dialysis Center provides hemodialysis, chronic ambulatory peritoneal dialysis, and patient and family education. NYP/Q's renal hypertension division also provides outpatient ambulatory consultative services including the diagnosis and prevention of kidney stones, hypertension treatment and evaluation, and the management of kidney diseases. there are approximately 1,736 physician, advanced practice providers and dentist members of the medical staff of the Hospital holding appointments in three categories: attending staff, emeritus staff and advanced practice providers. The medical and dental staff are organized into thirteen clinical departments: anesthesiology, cardiothoracic surgery, emergency medicine, medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, neurology, orthopedics and rehabilitation, pathology, pediatrics, radiation oncology, radiology, urology and surgery. The clinical departments include approximately 15 major services, subdivided further into 78 medical specialties and sub-specialties. The Hospital serves as tertiary care medical center that provides Graduate Medical Education for residency programs in Medicine, Surgery, Emergency medicine and Dental Medicine. Medical Center also offers fellowship training in Cardiology, GI, Pulmonary and Critical Care, Infectious disease, Palliative Care and Nephrology. In addition, the Hospital participates in training residents in obstetrics/gynecology, orthopedics, pediatrics, through rotating residencies affiliated with various facilities including NYPH (Cornell Medical Center), and The Hospital for Special Surgery. For The Year Ending December 31, 2023, NYP/Q reported the following statistics: Patient Discharges - 28,853; Deliveries - 2,305; Average Length of Stay - 5.57; Private Ambulatory Laboratory - 54,760; Private Ambulatory Radiology - 33,020; Cardiac Catheterizations - 42,527; Ambulatory Surgery/Endoscopy - 15,241; Dialysis Center - 30,809; Inpatient and ambulatory surgical - 17,768; Emergency Encounters (Incl. Admits) - 75,774; Ambulatory Care Visits - 131,782. The Hospital provides quality medical care regardless of race, creed, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, handicap, age, or ability to pay. Although reimbursement for services rendered is critical to the operations and stability of the Hospital, it is recognized that not all individuals possess the ability to pay for essential medical services and, furthermore, the Hospital's mission is to serve the community with respect to health care and health care education. Therefore, in keeping with the Hospital's commitment to serving members of the community, the Hospital provides the following: charity care to the indigent; care to persons covered by governmental programs at below cost, and health care activities and programs to support the community. These activities include wellness programs, community education programs, health screenings, and a broad variety of community support services.Desc

Schedule H, Part V, Section B, Line 5 Facility , 1Facility , 1 - NEWYORK-PRESBYTERIAN/QUEENS. The 2022-2024 NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) was conducted to gain an updated understanding of the needs, assets, and priorities of the communities the hospital serves and to inform a three-year Community Service Plan (CSP) consistent with the New York State Prevention Agenda 2019-2024.The CHNA is also critical to understanding disparities in health that must be addressed in order to achieve health justice. NewYork-Presbyterian Queens undertook an extensive Community Health Needs Assessment process in 2019. This involved identification of high disparity communities in Queens using a calculated need score, which was a composite of twenty-nine indicators representing five key domains: demographics, income, insurance, access to care, and New York State Department of Health Prevention Agenda Priorities. For geographies outside of New York City, a zip code level Community Need Index was used. A separate analysis of NewYork-Presbyterian Queens patient data identified communities with high use of hospital services. Based on findings from these two analyses (i.e., need and hospital use), NewYork-Presbyterian Queens focused its 2019 Community Service Plan on the neighborhood of Corona. Given the commitment to the community identified in 2019, and the progress made with respect to programs included in the 2019-2022 Community Service Plan, the process for the 2022 CHNA focused on confirming continuing overall need in Corona, need in specific Prevention Agenda Priority areas, and recommended approaches to addressing those needs. The 2022 CHNA methods included 270 community member surveys in five languages, 8 focus groups in three languages (English, Spanish and Mandarin), 5 key stakeholder interviews, a Think Tank session with clinical and community- facing NewYork-Presbyterian Queens and university affiliated staff, and publicly available data on 70 health indicators. Analyses from these multiple sources reaffirmed the commitment to the neighborhood of Corona. NewYork-Presbyterian Queens serves the diverse population of Queens County, including the priority neighborhood of Corona. The health status of Queens residents differs according to race/ethnicity and the neighborhood that individuals reside in. Substantially fewer adults in higher-income neighborhoods (such as Forest Hills and Kew Gardens) rated their health as fair or poor compared to those in lower-income neighborhoods, including Corona and Flushing.
Schedule H, Part V, Section B, Line 11 Facility , 1Facility , 1 - NEWYORK-PRESBYTERIAN/QUEENS. NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Hospital conducted their triennial Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) for 2022-2024 to assess needs and health outcomes of the communities we serve. The CHNA process involved extensive data analysis of zip code level data and patient zip codes to identify communities with high need and instances of negative health outcomes. For this cycle, the neighborhood of Corona, Queens was identified as the priority area. Findings across each data source and from community feedback were largely consistent and show that many of the health issues and priorities identified in previous CHNAs remain the same: food security, high blood pressure, obesity, challenges related to diet and nutrition, poor mental health, substance use and high instances of HIV. In concert with clinicians, leadership of partnering Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), and the Hospital, the following New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Prevention Agenda items were selected for the 2022-2024 CSP period based on the analysis of data and community feedback: * Prevent Chronic Disease - Healthy Eating and Food Security * Promote Well-being and Prevent Mental and Substance Use Disorders - Well-being * Prevent Communicable Diseases - Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Due to the catchment areas and unique community feedback received from each regional facility, NYSDOH Prevention Agenda items may differ. Based on the above identified prevention agenda items, NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Hospital implemented the following programs as part of the CSP: * Choosing Healthy and Active Lifestyles for Kids (CHALK): CHALK will partner with emergency food providers in Peekskill to provide nutrition education, Snap enrollment, renewal and social services connection, and free health grocery boxes delivered to the home. NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital patients will be screened for social determinants of health and enrolled if screened positive for food insecurity. * FitKids Program: FitKids identifies and engages children and families for a focused nutrition and exercise intervention. Led by a certified exercise physiologist, age appropriate exercise sessions are conducted in a safe and non-competitive environment. Participants have access to exercise sessions along with integrated nutrition counseling with their parents/caregivers. Meal preparation is also delivered using a CBO demonstration kitchen. * Mental Health First Aid (MHFA): MHFA is an international training program that builds skills on how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. Hospital staff, CBOs, and Faith-Based Organizations (FBO) are offered the training to become certified Mental Health First Aiders, where they can support their communities and peers that are at an elevated risk for developing mental health challenges. Two trainings are offered: Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health First Aid Youth training. * HIV Prevention and Treatment Program: This peer-led program for HIV+ Clients in order to improve viral load suppression rates and reduce the transmission of the virus.

Schedule H, Part VI, Line 2 Needs assessmentDescription: A community member survey was disseminated through CBOs working throughout the NewYork-Presbyterian Queens catchment area, including organizations that serve specific populations (e.g., immigrants) and through Craigslist, Facebook and other social media. The survey was composed of 33 closed-ended questions and was available in English, Spanish, simplified Chinese, Haitian Creole, Russian and Korean. It covered topics that included but were not limited to socio-demographics, individual and community health, healthcare access and use, and community resources. The survey was accessible from May through July 2022. A total of 270 people in the NewYork-Presbyterian Queens catchment area completed the survey. Approximately 72% completed the survey in English; 28% completed it in simplified Chinese, Haitian Creole, Korean, or Spanish. Qualitative Data Collection Focus groups: A total of 8 focus groups were conducted in the NewYork-Presbyterian Queens service area in May through July 2022: 4 groups were conducted in English, 3 were conducted in Spanish, and 1 was conducted in Mandarin. Focus group participants were recruited through the community member survey and by CBOs working in the NewYork-Presbyterian Queens catchment area. One focus group was composed of members of the Community Advisory Board (CAB) for NewYork-Presbyterian Queens. Focus groups were conducted using a written guide with 23 open-ended questions. The guide covered topics that included but were not limited to the greatest health issues in the community, impact and continuing needs related to COVID-19, social determinants of health, resources that promote or support good health, healthcare access and use, health disparities and health equity, and recommendations. Each group had two trained facilitators: one to lead the discussion and one responsible for logistics and note taking. Most of the groups were conducted and recorded using Zoom online teleconferencing service; five groups were conducted in-person, on the advice of the collaborating CBO. To encourage honest dialogue, NewYork-Presbyterian Queens staff were not present at any of the groups. Key stakeholder interviews: Interviews were conducted with five key stakeholders, primarily leaders of Queens-based CBOs. An interview was also conducted with an individual in a leadership role at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. CBO stakeholders were selected for their expertise relevant to priority communities and health issues; several represented organizations that partner with NewYork-Presbyterian Queens. Their interviews covered topics that included but were not limited to impact and continuing needs related to the COVID-19 pandemic, significant health issues in the community, services and resources that promote or support good health, health disparities and health equity, healthcare access and use, and recommendations. The Health Department interview, conducted after the completion of preliminary analysis, focused on a review of findings and consistency with their own agency results. Secondary Data Secondary data sources used in the CHNA included but were not limited to those listed below. These sources included raw data, available for download, as well as websites, briefs, and comprehensive reports describing findings from analyses they had completed. * Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Center for Health Statistics * Data2go.NYC * New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene * New York City Open Data * New York State Department of Health, Health Equity Reports * New York State Prevention Agenda Dashboard * United States Census * USDA Food Research Atlas Think Tanks In order to collect provider feedback on community health needs, a Think Tank session was convened by faculty from the Heilbrunn Population & Family Health Department at Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health in June 2022. Think Tank participants were NewYork-Presbyterian Queens or NewYork-Presbyterian Queens-affiliated providers and staff with interests and experiences relevant to community health

Schedule H, Part VI, Line 4 Community informationDescription: NewYork-Presbyterian Queens dedicates specific health programming in Corona, Queens. As part of the 2019 CHNA process NewYork-Presbyterian Queens identified Corona as a community with high health disparities, using an in-depth process that analyzed needs across various indicators, as well as hospital patient data. The 2022 CHNA process confirmed continuing overall need in this community. Socioeconomic status and selected health indicators of residents of Corona are described immediately below. The health indicators presented are primarily summary indicators (e.g., avoidable hospitalizations) and indicators consistent with the priorities and programs of NewYork-Presbyterian Queens, including those demonstrating disparities, as well as those highlighted by CHNA focus group participants and interviewees. It should be noted that data sources generally combine Corona with Elmhurst (Queens Community District 4) and North Corona with Jackson Heights (Queens Community District 3). Where more granular data are unavailable Community District 4 data were used. With a population of more than 100,000. Corona has been home to a large immigrant population since the early 1900s. Initially populated by Italian immigrants, over time, it also became home to many residents from Latin America, Asia and Europe. Demographics: Currently, the demographics of the neighborhood are: * Latino/a: 54% * Asian: 33% * Black: 5% * White: 6% More than 60% of Corona residents were born outside the United States, 54% from Latin America (primarily Mexico, Ecuador and the Dominican Republic), 42% from Asia, 2% from Africa and 2% from Europe. Eighty-five percent of residents speak a language other than English at home. Median income for residents of Corona is $49,078 and 14% live at or below the poverty line. Although the overall eviction rate in Queens has been substantially lower than the Citywide rate, the eviction rate in Corona, at 148 per 1000 units, is among the highest in the City. Community health and well-being Ten percent of Corona residents are considered food insecure and 22% of households receive SNAP benefits. Nearly one-quarter of adults and children in grades K - 8 are obese (23% and 24%, respectively). On maternal health indicators, 7.8% of pregnant parents receive late or no prenatal care (comparable to the Queens rate overall, but higher than New York City) and 8.3% of live births are pre-term, similar to boroughwide and citywide rates. The teen birth rate in Corona is higher than for Queens and New York City overall (26 births for every 1,000 females ages 15-19, compared with 15 and 19 births, respectively). Corona reports a lower infant mortality rate than for Queens and New York City (3.7 deaths per 1,000 live births, compared with 4.0 for Queens and 4.4 for New York City). Corona has considerably lower avoidable hospitalization rates for children and adults and lower emergency department visits for children with asthma, compared with Queens and New York City overall. More than one-quarter of residents report having hypertension (27%) and 14% report having diabetes. New HIV diagnoses in Corona are at 25 cases per 100,000 people, compared with 17 for Queens and 24 cases for NYC overall. A recent uptick in crime has affected Corona. New York Police Department data show a 71% and 60% increase in major felony offenses within the two precincts covering the Corona neighborhood within the first seven months of 2022, compared to a similar period in 2020. The majority of the rate increases are comprised of grand larceny theft. Hospitalization rates for non-fatal assaults and incarceration rates are lower than the rates for Queens and NYC overall. With regard to mental health, 14% of Corona residents report binge drinking, nearly mirroring the Queens rate (15%) but slightly lower than the NYC overall rate (17%). Psychiatric hospitalization rates are lower than for Queens and NYC overall, at 440 per 100,000 adults.
Schedule H, Part VI, Line 5 Promotion of community healthDescription: A variety of resources are available in Queens County to promote good health and to assist individuals and families facing challenges that affect their health and well-being. These include community- and faith-based organizations (CBOs and FBOs), government programs and services, school-based resources, and informal networks and support systems. Queens County also offer parks, cultural institutions, and commercial establishments that are highly valued by residents. Similar to other New York City boroughs, Queens hosts hundreds of community-based and social service organizations that, together and in partnership with NewYork-Presbyterian, provide a wide range of programming including social services, benefits enrollment, food security, social support and legal services. These organizations include but not limited to: * Chinese American Planning Council * The Community Healthcare Network (CHN) * Elmcor Youth & Adult Activities, Inc. * Korean Community Services (KCS) * Latino Commission on AIDS (LCOA),. * Make the Road New York (MRNY) * New York Hall of Science (NYSCI) * Queens Healthy Start, * Sun River Health. * Voces Latinas. NewYork-Presbyterian Queens and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital offer numerous resources to support community health and well-being. These programs are led out of various departments in the hospital, including: * The NewYork-Presbyterian Government & Community Relations Team convenes Community Advisory Boards at each hospital and campus within the NewYork-Presbyterian network, including NewYork-Presbyterian Queens. The Government & Community Relations Team also supports local communities through grant funding and other support, and works with local, state and federal officials to promote the health and safety of patients and communities. * The Dalio Center for Health Justice focuses on improving race and ethnicity documentation in healthcare, funding community programs, vaccine equity, and other activities that improve health outcomes for all. * Choosing Healthy & Active Lifestyles for Kids (CHALK) aims to lower the prevalence of obesity among children and teens by reducing food insecurity and creating environments where all families adopt healthy lifestyles.

Schedule J, Part I, Line 7 Non-fixed paymentsSEE SCHEDULE O LINE 15 - FOR NON-FIXED PAYMENTS.
Part VII and Schedule J supplemental informationCERTAIN INDIVIDUALS OF THE NEW YORK AND PRESBYTERIAN HOSPITAL THAT ARE IDENTIFIED IN PART VII AS A DIRECTOR AND/OR OFFICERS OF THE NEWYORK-PRESBYTERIAN/QUEENS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXECUTING THE MISSION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE NEW YORK AND PRESBYTERIAN HOSPITAL (NYP) AND ITS AFFILIATED ENTITIES. COMPENSATION FOR 2023 FOR THE UPPER-LEVEL EXECUTIVE INCLUDES THE PAYOUT OF AN ANNUAL INCENTIVE PLAN AND A LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN. THIS PERFORMANCE-ORIENTED PROGRAM CONDITIONS PAYMENTS UPON THE ACHIEVEMENT OF MULTIPLE INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP PERFORMANCE MEASURES. MEASURES TO MONITOR PERFORMANCE INCLUDE OPERATIONAL AND FINANCIAL STRENGTH, PATIENT QUALITY AND SAFETY, PATIENT SATISFACTION, ADVANCEMENT OF PATIENT CARE, AND PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT AND PARTNERSHIP. INCENTIVE AWARDS MAY ONLY BE GRANTED IF THE ORGANIZATION ACHIEVES A FINANCIAL SURPLUS. EVEN IF ALL RELEVANT PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS ARE ACHIEVED, THE NYP BOARD OF TRUSTEES RETAINS FULL DISCRETION TO MAKE OR NOT MAKE ANY INCENTIVE AWARDS, OR TO REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF ANY INCENTIVE AWARD. THIS INITIATIVE IS CRITICAL TO ASSURING THAT NYP HAS THE REQUISITE LEADERSHIP TO CREATE AND MANAGE A HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND ENGAGED WORKFORCE, DRIVE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE THROUGHOUT THE ORGANIZATION, AND ACHIEVE TOP-TIER MEDICAL CENTER STATUS. AS A SEPARATE MATTER, DUE TO RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED BY THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, UPPER-LEVEL EXECUTIVES ARE LIMITED IN THE NUMBER OF BENEFITS RECEIVED UNDER A TAX-QUALIFIED RETIREMENT PLAN. LIKE MANY EMPLOYERS, NYP SUPPLEMENTS THESE EXECUTIVES' PENSION BENEFITS THROUGH A SUPPLEMENTAL ("NONQUALIFIED") RETIREMENT PLAN. THE SUPPLEMENTAL EXECUTIVE RETIREMENT PLAN (SERP) IS SUBJECT TO A MULTI-YEAR VESTING REQUIREMENT (COMMENCING AFTER FIVE YEARS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SERP, IN PRORATED AMOUNTS THROUGH AGE 65) WHICH PLACES AN EXECUTIVE'S SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT BENEFIT AT RISK OF FORFEITURE IF THE VESTING REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT SATISFIED. ONCE VESTED, HOWEVER, PROVISIONS OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE REQUIRE THAT THE VESTED EXECUTIVE INCLUDE IN CURRENT INCOME THE VALUE OF HIS OR HER VESTED SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT BENEFIT. NOTWITHSTANDING THE LEGAL REQUIREMENT TO RECOGNIZE THE VESTED VALUE OF THE SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT BENEFIT AS CURRENT INCOME, THE SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT BENEFIT WILL NOT BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE EXECUTIVE UNTIL THE EXECUTIVE ACTUALLY RETIRES FROM NYP (ALTHOUGH, AS PERMITTED BY THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, THE SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT PLAN WILL EFFECT A DISTRIBUTION OF AN AMOUNT NECESSARY TO SATISFY THE EXECUTIVE'S TAX LIABILITY RESULTING FROM THE INCOME RECOGNITION UPON VESTING). AS NOTED, THIS SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT BENEFIT WILL NOT BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE EXECUTIVE UNTIL THE EXECUTIVE ACTUALLY RETIRES FROM NYP. THERE ARE CONSTANTLY CHANGING LEGAL, TAX, ACCOUNTING, AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE RULES FOR A SERP (SUPPLEMENTAL EXECUTIVE RETIREMENT PLAN) IN NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. THE EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE CONTINUOUSLY MONITORS THESE CHANGES AND INCORPORATES ANY CHANGES INTO THE OVERALL SERP PLAN DESIGN. AS IN PAST YEARS, THE EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE OF NYP REQUIRES A THIRD PARTY TO COMPLETE A REVIEW OF THE ORGANIZATION'S COMPENSATION PROGRAM TO ENSURE ITS EFFECTIVENESS IN TERMS OF GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS, MARKET CONDITIONS, AND THE NEED TO CONTINUALLY ELEVATE ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE. THE REPORT ALSO SERVES TO MEET THE REGULATORY OBLIGATIONS TO ENSURE THAT ALL ELEMENTS OF THE EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PROGRAMS ARE REASONABLE. THE INDIVIDUALS LISTED IN PART VII THAT ARE COMPENSATED BY NEW YORK PRESBYTERIAN HOSPITAL DEVOTE AN AVERAGE OF SIXTY HOURS PER WEEK TO PERFORM THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE NEW YORK AND PRESBYTERIAN HOSPITAL AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AGGREGATE.
