BOB DYLAN ARCHIVE: A collection of tens of thousands of song lyrics, photos and AV materials and other papers which will be used for scholarly, artistic, cultural and economic development purposes in the downtown Tulsa area.
Part X, Line 2:	FASB ASC 740 Footnote in Audited Financial Statements- The Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and has received a determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service indicating the tax-exempt status. Management believes that the Foundation will continue to generally be exempt from taxes. However, certain investment activities are subject to various taxes. For the years ended December 31, 2023 and 2022, the Foundation incurred $98,749 and $0 in federal income tax respectively.
