There is an annual audit in Zimbabwe and regular site visits from the granting agency (Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation), as well as from the JF Kapnek Trust's executive director. All requests for funding sent to the recipient organization require supporting documentation, including management authorizations, detailing the anticipated uses of the funds.
