Explanation	FIN 48 (ASC 740) UNCERTAIN TAX POSITIONS The Corporation follows ASC 740, Income Taxes, which provides criteria for the recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure of uncertain tax positions. This guidance prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. A tax benefit from such uncertain tax positions may be recognized only if it is "more likely than not" that the position is sustainable based on its technical merits. Based on its analysis and review of all open domestic tax years (2021 through 2023), and the current year to be filed, it was determined that the Corporation does not have any material uncertain tax positions.
