Part V, Line 4:

The primary purpose of the Endowment Fund is to provide a means for donors to make gifts to provide a permanent endowment of financial support for the Organization. Gifts to the Fund shall be held in perpetuity, with income (and principal, in extraordinary circumstances as provided in the Charter of The Lewa Endowment Fund for Wildlife Conservation) to be used to further the Organization's purposes and mission, including the Organization's support of Lewa Wildlife Conservancy's charitable programs. It is not intended that Fund income will provide for the Organization's general operating expenses.

Part X, Line 2:

Management evaluated the Organization's tax positions and has concluded that the Organization has taken no uncertain tax positions that require either recognition or disclosure in the accompanying financial statements.
