Part VI, Line 11b	Copies of the form 990 and its schedules are sent to all board members and officers who then examine them ask questions discuss them and then vote to approve them and authorize signing and submission by an officer.
Part VI, Line 12c	The Bylaws specify how conflicts of interest are to be disclosed to the board and any director who has a conflict of interest is required to abstain from voting on the transaction or motion where there is a conflict. These provisions are rigorously enforced at all meetings of the board and its committees.
Part VI, Line 15	Comparability data is obtained when hiring for a position looking at typical compensation for such a person in a similar position in the same type of work. In our organization the officers are not compensated at all and there are no "key employees" since compensation for our employees is far below $250,000 which is given by the IRS as the threshold for being a key employee.
Part VI, Line 19	Governing documents such as the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws are available upon request. Provisions in the bylaws indicate how conflicts of interest for board members are to be handled. Annual financial statements are included in the annual reports that are mailed to all supporters. Form 990s are provided to the public upon request.
