THE SCHOLARSHIP FUND COMMUNICATES REGULARLY WITH THE MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES OF BUTTERFIELD COUNTRY CLUB. LISTS OF CONTRIBUTORS AND SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS ARE MAINTAINED. SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS REGULARLY CORRESPOND AND THEIR LETTERS ARE SENT TO BUTTERFIELD COUNTRY CLUB MEMBERS. ALL RECORDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW UPON REQUEST.
