Form 990, Part I, Line 1 - Description of Organization Mission:	Donors Capital Fund, Inc. (DCF) is a 501(c)(3), 509(a)(3) public charity that is classified as a Type I supporting organization, and is committed to supporting a class of charities that alleviate, through education, research and private initiatives, society's most pervasive and radical needs, including those relating to social welfare, health, the environment, economics, governance, foreign relations, and arts and culture. Supported charities will also encourage private philanthropy and individual giving as opposed to governmental solutions to society's problems. As a rule, Donors Capital Fund will only disburse grants to liberty-minded public charities that do not rely on large amounts of government funding. A broad variety of charities fall under the umbrella of liberty including research hospitals, religious organizations, private schools, universities, fraternities, volunteer fire departments, and museums in addition to public-policy organizations.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	Members of the Board of Directors are elected by Qualified Organizations within the Supported Class. The President and CEO of Donors Trust nominates members of the Supported Class to nominate board members.
