Pt VI, Line 15b	Form 990 Review Process - Before filing Form 990 with the Internal Revenue Service, the President of the Board reviews it and makes it available to the rest of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors meet regularly on a monthly basis.
Pt VI, Line 12c	Explanation of Monitoring and Resolution of Conflicts - In the event a potential conflict is identified, it is brought to the attention of the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors for possible remedial action. Potential conflicts of interest involving the Executive Director are reviewed by the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors and an outsourced accountant in the normal process of processing receipts and disbursements.
