Management duties delegation Part VI line 3	Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 3:ABMA has an agreement with American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA) to manage its operations which renews on an annual basis. Per the agreement, AGMA provides general management, financial servcies, convention and overhead operating services. During the year ended December 31, 2020, total AGMA fees were $274,980. AGMAs performance under this agreement is monitored by the Board of American bearing Manufacturers Associaton.
