Schedule J, Part I, Line 1aThe College requires the President, VP for Student Affairs, and VP for Academic Affairs to reside on campus as a condition for their employment; therefore College owned housing is provided for them. In addition, the College pays for reasonable costs of housekeeping to maintain the president's residence. Because these benefits are nontaxable, they are not included in the employee's W-2. However, they are included in Part II, Column D. Business travel is allowed for the president and the CIO when traveling across the continent or overseas. Business air travel is allowed for other members of senior staff when the travel is ten hours or more. Other services provided to the president include payment for membership in one club in Manhattan, such as the Yale Club, for the purpose of meeting with College constituents, sponsoring College events and otherwise conducting College business.

Form 990, Part IIIOn March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a pandemic. The outbreak has spread globally and has led governments and other authorities to impose measures intended to reduce its spread, including restrictions on freedom of movement and business operations such as travel bans, border closings, business limitations and closures, quarantines and shelter in place orders. The global COVID-19 pandemic has affected and continues to affect the College and its operation. In response to the outbreak, the College prioritized the safety and well being of its employees and students, including implementing social distancing initiatives, expanding personal protective equipment usage, and enhancing hygiene processes. The College transitioned during the spring 2020 semester to a remote learning and work environment and refunded students a portion of the room and board revenue for the spring semester. the College began the fall 2020 semester with students and employees returning to the College's campus and has implemented additional steps to safeguard its community.
