Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 1	The Executive Committee shall be comprised of the officers and such other individuals as the Executive Committee shall appoint. The Executive Committee shall be the basic policy setting body of the corporation and may make all policy decisions allowed by law. Decisions of the Executive Committee shall be by majority vote of the members of the Executive Committee.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 4	The bylaws were updated during the 2018 tax year for the following changes: - Member election/removal was changed to require a 2/3 vote, rather than merely a majority vote. - The Chairman position was established and distinguished from the President position. - The President position was changed to be on a contractual basis, rather than voted on each year. - The President's election/removal was changed to require a 2/3 vote, rather than merely a majority vote.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b	The Form 990 is prepared by an independent CPA firm. It is then reviewed in detail by the President, COO, and Vice President of Administration. A copy of the Form 990 is also provided to all board members prior to filing with the IRS.
