| Activity Or Mission | FAMILY MEDIA'S MAIN PROGRAM CONSISTED OF A PILOT OF "FUNKY FARM". In the first quarter its accomplishmets were: leasing warehouse space, hiring production assistants, finishing casting calls, conducting auditions and finalizing crew contracts. In April, several Previz shoots and rehearsals TOOK PLACE. In May, 2018 the on-location shoot took place, followed by several small shoots in July and November at various locations and on set in the warehouse. Post-production took place in the warehouse utilizing vendors for animation, editing, coloring, sound engineering, foley and more. When the final production was completed in December, 2018; the Pilot was shown. The feedback received will send Family Media into reshoots and editing in the beginning of 2019 but the overall feedback was that it is a high quality, broadcast ready, proof of concept. IN THE COURSE OF THE YEAR 2018 AND PURSUANT TO THE AGREEMENT, FAMILY MEDIA PAID BANDIT BEAR PRODUCTIONS THE SUM OF $150,000.The decision to enter into the agreement with Bandit Bear came after Family Media had requested quotes from 10 different production companies, CGI creators, Musicians, motion capture studios, and sound studios. Bandit Bear Productions was chosen for two reasons. One, its services were comprehensive of all the needs for the pilot including: Shooting, sets, pre-production, post-production, CGI material, casting, crew, licenses for music, scripts, characters, choreography, locations, etc. Most of the other quotes had to be pieced together. Two, the prices on all the other quotes (between 300,000-400,000) were more than double what Bandit Bear was able to do it for (150,000). Due to their Board positions at Family Media Factory, Inc., Anthony and Kristin recused themselves from the vote when choosing the production company.
