Over 90% of those students were employed in new careers as Software Developers, and Software Engineers. Turing's mission is to unlock human potential by training a diverse and inclusive student body. In 2018, 46% of our student population were people of color and 49.9% identified as women. | Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a | In determining the Executive Director's Compensation, the Board of Directors analyzes salary information form a variety of sources. These sources include: 1) the local market salary levels for a director of a non-profit with comparable revenue, 2) other comparable non-profit organizations in cities of similar size to Denver, and 3) the salary levels existing in the private sector with comparable business models. The Board reviews this compiled information and takes into consideration the Executive Director's individual skills and qualifications and also determines what compensation the Executive Director would be able to recieve in the private sector given his skills and experience. All of the information is analyzed and considered by the Board when determining the Executive Director's compensation in order to make sure it is sustainable by the Organization, equitable for the person in the position or Executive Director and likely to attact the level of experience needed for the position. |
