Part V, Line 4: Intended uses of the endowment fund.

Income from the Mentorship fund is intended to provide a named award at the society's annual meeting. The income from the Past President's Initiative is intended to be used in a manner determined by a committee of past presidents of the society.

Part X : FIN48 Footnote

The Society is exempt from income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is classified as other than a private foundation. However, income from certain activities, primarily job posting income, is not directly related to the Societys tax-exempt purpose and is subject to taxation as unrelated business income. As of June 30, 2018, the Society had no amounts related to unrecognized income tax benefits and no amounts related to accrued interest and penalties. The Society does not anticipate any significant changes to unrecognized income tax benefits over the next year.
