Also noted compliance with 3 tests for relationship with supported organization. Documented compliance with Test 2 that majority of governing board also serves on governing board of supported organization. Met the organizational test by including in organizing documents the supported organization by name and charitable class of beneficiaries of funding received by Foundation. We also reviewed the disqualified person test and noted that our organization is not controlled directly or indirectly by one or more disqualified persons. |

Charter to foundation describes specific purpose is to assist Rotary International which is organized for charitable and social purposes for betterment of community and support charitable causes of Rotary International Dyersburg. All board members are aware of requirements of charter and will verify compliance with those requirements and use of funds for charitable purposes. |
