THE APPROPRIATION REQUIRED AN ADDITIONAL 3 MILLION TO BE RAISED FROM NON-STATE SOURCES. THE CITY OF DICKINSON, ND COMMITTED FUNDS TO MEET THE CHALLENGE. TRPLF WAS FORMED TO BRING THE PROJECT TO FRUITION. TRPLF IS NOW IN THE PROCESS OF DESIGNING THE LIBRARY. THE SITE & THE EXHIBITS WHICH WILL PROVIDE RARE INSIGHT INTO ROOSEVELT'S LIFE. CONVENING CENTER, RESEARCH FACILITY, MUSEUM AND LANDSCAPING INCLUDING AN AUTHENTIC RE-CREATION OF ROOSEVELT'S ELKHORN RANCH CABIN THAT INVITES VISITORS INTO THE OUT-OF- DOORS. TRPLF IS UNDERTAKING A NATIONAL CAPITAL CAMPAIGN WITH THE PRELIMINARY GOAL OF RAISING 85 MILLION. TO DATE, TRPLF HAS RETAINED CONSULTANTS TO OVERSEE ALL ELEMENTS OF DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION, RETAINED ARCHITECTS OR RECORD TO DEVELOP AN OVERALL PLAN FOR THE BUILDING, GROUNDS & LANDSCAPING, RETAINED PUBLIC RELATIONS & BRANDING CONSULTANTS AND RETAIN A CAPITAL CAMPAIGN CONSULTING FIRM.
