During the most recent salary review of the Fund's President, an outside consulting firm, The Hay Group, was hired to review her salary. The review compared the President's salary against the salaries of her peers in similar organizations. The Hay Group then brought their recommendation to the Board of Directors for review and approval. This type of review is completed every one to five years, and is initiated by the Board Chair.
