PART VI, LINES 6 AND 7A: THE MEMBERS OF THE COALITION ARE DELEGATES OF ORGANIZATIONS WHO ARE CURRENT WITH THEIR AFFILIATION FEES. THESE MEMBERS ELECT THE GOVERNING BODY. PART VI, LINE 8B: THE COALITION DOES NOT HAVE A COMMITTEE WITH AUTHORITY TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE GOVERNING BODY.
