THE 2016 DOCUMENT (990) WAS SENT TO THE AUDIT AND BUDGET COMMITTEE, AND MEMBERS OF THAT GROUP WERE ASKED TO PROVIDE QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS PRIOR TO THE FILING. PART VI-B #12A -12C IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE WRITTEN POLICY OF THE COMMITTEE, THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENTS ARE RENEWED ANNUALLY BY THE STAFF. IN THE CASE OF BOARD MEMBERS, SUCH STATEMENTS ARE REQUIRED AT THE COMMENCEMENT OF THEIR TERM OF OFFICE. BOARD MEMBERS ARE ASKED ON AN ANNUAL BASIS TO REPORT ANY CONFLICT.
