| Desc | Public Education The American Brain Foundation (ABF) participated in the Brain Health Fair held at the 2016 American Academy of Neurology's Annual Meeting in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This free, daylong family event connected nearly 3,000 patients, families, and caregivers affected by a neurologic disorder with important resources to win the battle against brain disease. People attended free classes to learn from some of the best and brightest neurologists in the world about the latest research advances in Alzheimer's, autism, brain injury, epilepsy, headache, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, sleep disorders, stroke, and other types of brain disease. The Exhibit Hall offered fun activities for kids and teens, and giveaways. ABF created a media campaign and special event to raise awareness of brain disease through personal stories. | Desc |

The Audit Committee reviewed the Form 990 and identified any agreed upon changes to be made. In line with Minnesota Law, the final Form 990 was approved by the Board of Directors; thereafter, the final as-filed Form 990 will be brought to the Board for discussion at a full meeting of the Board of Directors.
