THE ORGANIZATION SERVES ITS STUDENTS CONTINUOUSLY FROM THE START OF MIDDLE SCHOOL UNTIL THEY GRADUATE HIGH SCHOOL AND ENROLL IN COLLEGE. THE PROGRAM THEN SUPPORTS EVERY STUDENT'S COLLEGE PERSERVERANCE AND GRADUATION. STUDENTS WILL SPEND APPROXIMATELY 100 DAYS EACH SCHOOL YEAR, FROM GRADE 6/7 THROUGH GRADE 12, WITH THE PROGRAM, STUDYING, PRACTICING, AND COMPETING IN SQUASH, EXERCISING, AND SERVING COMMUNITY. DURING THE SUMMER, THE ORGANIZATION CONNECTS ITS PARTICIPANTS TO A HOST OF OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDING INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY SERVICE, ACADEMIC PROGRAMS AT HARVARD, MIT AND NORTHEASTERN AS WELL AS YMCA OVERNIGHT CAMPS AND JOBS.
