THE IRS HAS ALSO DETERMINED THAT THE FOUNDATION IS NOT A PRIVATE FOUNDATION. THE FOUNDATION IS REQUIRED TO REPORT AND PAY TAXES ON UNRELATED BUSINESS INCOME TO THE IRS AND OTHER LOCAL JURISDICTIONS. THERE WAS NO LIABILITY FOR UNRELATED BUSINESS INCOME TAXES AS OF JUNE 30, 2015 AND 2014. THE FOUNDATION ALSO FOLLOWS THE PROVISIONS OF FASB ASC TOPIC 740-10, INCOME TAXES.
