Desc	2013 Fuller Center Builds - With over 75 volunteers in one week constructed one house in the Speedway neighborhood of Indianapolis. In another two week period with over 100 volunteers constructed another house in the Fountain Square neighborhood of Indianapolis. These two houses as of June 30, 2014 were being rented to own at a discounted rate to qualified families. As of June 30, 2014, Fuller Center has 13 mortgages and are renting to own 3 houses. All the mortgages are approximately 20 years at no interest and all the rentals to own are at a discounted rate to qualified families.	Desc
