| Part I, Line 7 | Certain executives and employees are eligible for participation in the annual bonus plan. The plan provides eligible participants with the opportunity to receive an incentive payment based on attainment of established individual, business unit, and corporate goals. The company has a long-term incentive compensation plan whereby certain management is awarded deferred compensation based on several criteria. The amounts awarded each year are reported as "Retirement and Deferred Compensation" on the 990. Beginning two years after the amounts are awarded, the amounts are held for the participant. The vested amounts are included under the "Bonus and Incentive Compensation" column of 990. Under the terms of our plan, such long-term incentive compensation will be consistently reported for Form 990 purposes twice - once when awarded and again when vested. |
