Explanation	MIPI is exempt from federal and state income taxes under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. Accordingly, no provision for income taxes has been reflected in the accompanying financial statements. The Organization has been determined by the Internal Revenue Service not to be a "Private Foundation" within the meaning of Section 509(a) of the Internal Revenue Code. MIPI had no unrecognized tax benefits at December 31, 2014. Our evaluation was performed for the tax years ended December 31, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 the tax years which remain subject to examination by major tax jurisdictions as of December 31, 2014.
