IN THE PAST YEAR, WE HAVE INCREASED OUR PRESENCE STATE-WIDE THROUGH OUR TRENTON INITIATIVE WHERE OUR SENIOR POLICY ANALYST SPENDS 2 DAYS A WEEK IN THE CAPITOL, INAUGURATED OUR WATER CAMPAIGN IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE PINELANDS PRESERVATION ALLIANCE, EXPANDED OUR EDUCATION AND OUTREACH ACTIVITIES THROUGH OUR NEW HIGHLANDS ADVOCATE TRAINING PROGRAM AS WELL AS PERSISTED WITH OUR TRADITIONAL PURSUITS OF FOSTERING REGIONAL MASTER PLAN CONFORMANCE, OPPOSING PROJECTS DAMAGING TO HIGHLANDS RESOURCES, AND SUPPORTING OUR INTERNAL COMMITTEES. WE HAVE CONTINUED OPERATION OF OUR SMALL GRANTS PROGRAM, SOUGHT ADDITIONAL FUNDING SOURCES, AND WORKED ON INCREASING OUR MEMBERSHIP.
