Form 990, Part VI, Line 19	Form 990, Part VI, Line 19: Other Organization Documents Publicly Available	The board of directors, requires that all request's for documents, be made in writing, the board of directors, then make a determination if the request is proper and warrant's the distribution of the documents requested. Then makes those documents available to the requesting party.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b	Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	The organization is subject to an independent audit, whereas the Director of Finance submits all the books and records for the annual audit, the annual audit if first submitted to the governing body (board of directors) for approval. The annual audit is always approved and documented in the board minutes each year. Then the independent CPA, prepares the form 990 from that audited financial statement. The form 990 is then delivered to the director of finance who then reviews the tax return and compares the amounts and disclosures back to his records. After his review is done, then the form 990 is presented to the executive director for a final review and signature before mailing.
